Allah = mean our Allah (وهو رب العالميــــن الواحد الاحـــد)

God = mean jesus (اليســوع او بمعني اصـــح رسولنــا عيســـى عليه السلام)

BRAA MAJDOB

THANK YOU EVER SO MUCH FOR THIS IMPORTANT TOPIC

but let me explain some thing

the word GOD

doesn't mean JESUS

but it means
( الرب )

what ever your GOD is

he can be JESUS ) PEACE BE UPON HIM ) OR ANY THING ELSE

BUT

As we'r muslims we must mention ALLAH name

to explain that our GOD is not JESUS as the christian peaple thougt of this word

SO we must say

IN THE NAME OF ALLAH

instead of saying

IN THE NAME OF GOD

once again thanks alot for this useful and important information

BEST REGARDS

What is the difference between Allah and God?
Nothing. Allah is God, it's just a different language (Arabic) Literally, I think it means "The one to be worshipped" ie God who is our God Allah in different words...

The word Allah is used for God by ALL the Arabs, including Arab Christians and Jews. It's even used in the Gospel translations.

So, The only difference is in the practice of the worshipper. If a christian say the word God he means his God and If a muslim say it he will ofcourse means our God-Allah...
Thanks for the important subject..
